4. Data collection in the participation form (“Participate”)

If you use the form offered on the website to participate in the project (soil donation), the data entered there will be processed.

  • Name of the Member of the German Bundestag (MdB) 
  • Constituency / Origin of the Earth
  • Email address and, if applicable, telephone number (for coordination purposes)
  • Optional: Personal statement regarding participation

Purpose of processing:

The data serves to coordinate the delivery of the soil, to verify eligibility to participate, and to document the participants by name within the framework of the art project (analogous to the project’s archive).

Publication:

By participating, you consent to your name, your constituency and, if applicable, your statement being published as part of the project documentation on this website and in project-related publications.

Legal basis:

The processing of data for coordination purposes is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or quasi-contractual relationship for participation in the project). The publication of the data is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in documenting parliamentary history and the artwork).

Storage duration:

The data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the documentation of the ongoing art project or until deletion is requested (unless there are legal retention obligations to the contrary).
